Ingredients

  • 180g soy meat (60g dried)
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 3 tbs mirin
  • 1 tbs sake
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbs ginger, grated
  • 1 tbs sesame oil

Instructions

Cook soy meat according to package directions.

Combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and ginger in a bowl.

Add soy meat into soy sauce mixture and marinade for 15 mins.

Heat oil in a skillet and stir fry soy meat until browned, about 2 minutes. Add remaining sauce and stir fry until the sauce is absorbed.

Serve with stir-fried veggies and rice!
