Ingredients

  • 240g soy meat (80g dried)
  • 4 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs water
  • 2 cloves of garlic grated
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Instructions

Cook soy meat according to package directions. Squeeze off excess water

Combine soy sauce, water, garlic, and ginger in a bowl and toss soy meat and leave it for about 10 min

Add cornstarch, sesame seeds and mix well

Pour the vegetable oil in a skillet until it is about 1.5cm deep. Heat to 170 degrees

Fry soy meat until golden-brown
