Product Information

Our soy meats are made of 100% non GMO soy beans, no artificial colour or flavour added.

They contain nutrients such as protein, fibre, minerals, and soy isoflavone.

They are processed by extracting the soybean oil, then pressed and dried with high heat.

Available in two sizes: 80g and 1kg.

Shelf life: 12 months

Ingredients: Soy beans

Boil the soy meat at low heat for 5 minutes and wash & squeeze repeatedly 2-3 times. The soy meat’s weight will increase 2 to 3 times after boiling.

Cooking tips: To marinade or pre-fry will make the taste and texture more meaty.
